Darcie Dawn Papasadero
Aug. 7, 1953 - July 27, 2021
On Tuesday, July 27, 2021, Darcie Dawn Papasadero passed away peacefully in her home at the age of 67.
Darcie Dawn was born Aug. 7, 1953, to Orpha Marie and Donald Dale Phillips. She had two siblings, Rhonda and Mitchell. Her best friend growing up was and still is to this day, Debi Martin Withee.
In addition to her brother and sister, Darcie has nieces, cousins and extended family that she loved dearly. She went to Franklin High School in Portland, Ore., and graduated from Lake Oswego High School in 1971.
Darcie married Donald James Papasadero in 1977. They resided in Portland where they raised their four daughters; Keely, Gina, Amy, and Ashley.
Darcie lived an extremely full and busy life. She loved the lake house, beach, occasionally gambling at the Casino, her past and present pets, softball, dance team, her grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was involved in anything from Cosmetology and bartending, to volunteering, coaching, and working full time at Portland Public Schools for over 20 years. She is loved and will be remembered by so many who were connected to the School District.
Darcie is survived by her sister, Rhonda; all four of her daughters; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and her dog, Jaxson.

A celebration of life will be held from 12 - 3 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 4, 2021, at Amalfi's Restaurant, 4703 N.E. Fremont St., Portland, OR 97213.
