Debra Ann Nichols died July 6, 1999, at age 45. Debra was born Oct. 23, 1953, in Portland. She graduated from Lake Oswego High School in 1971, was a cook in Portland hospitals and then maintained apartments.
Survivors include her father, Albert of Lake Oswego; sister, Theora Ann of Portland; and brother, Jeff of Sacramento, Calif.
