Douglas Irvin Hefford   01/16/53 - 03/13/95

A memorial service will be at noon Saturday, April 1, 1995, in Historic Oaks Park Church in Portland.

Mr. Hefford died March 13 of pneumonia at age 42.

He was born Jan. 16, 1953, in Portland.

He studied at Brigham Young University-Hawaii and Brigham Young University-Utah and Utah State.

He farmed in Laurel and was a relief supervisor for GTE in Beaverton.

Surviving are his parents, Irvin and Betty Hefford of Lake Oswego; sisters, Diana Bryant of Spokane, Susan Doty of Tualatin and Becky Schoening of Seattle; and companion, John D. Aikman of Laurel.

Disposition by cremation with interment in Oswego Pioneer Cemetery.
